This large and spacious cottage was once the farm grain store and has been carefully converted to include every modern convenience whilst retaining original features.

On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with digital Freesat TV, DVD player and fireplace with electric fire, a kitchen/dining room with electric hob, oven and grill and dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen and with direct access from the car port there is a shower room to get rid of all that sand from a day at the beach, and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and deepfreeze.

On the first floor there is a sizeable double room, a twin bedroom, a bunk room and a modern bathroom with bath.

Outside, as well as the sizeable shared lawn area, Mowhay Cottage benefits from its very own sunny patio with picnic table and seats which can also be accessed via a set of original stone steps from the double doors on the first floor landing.
